• Pets are allowed at an additional cost with a security deposit

• We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff 
• 50% booking amount compulsory and balance at the time of check in only 
• Id proof is compulsory at the time of check in 
• Any damages to the property caused by guests will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
• Any illegal activity- including but not limited to prostitution, bookies and use of narcotics- is strictly not permitted
