This spacious villa, built on a lavishly developed plot includes a huge Swimming Pool, Deck, Lawn and is surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect for Relaxing, Serene & Peaceful atmosphere.

Villa Furnished With Air Conditioners, TV+ Cable Connection, WiFi, Indoor + Outdoor Kitchen, Chimney, Microwave, Refrigerator, Gas With Cooktop, Crockery, bread Toaster, Cutlery & Tableware, Kitchen Utensils, Power Backup [ works for 3 hrs for Light & fan at a time ], Bed Linen, Hair Dryer.

4 washrooms are present in the villa.

Caretakers are available.

Guests have the entire Villa to themselves. Make yourself at home.

Other things to note

A. Food Arrangements:-
i. Food is not included with stay.

ii. Outside food delivery service available.

iii. Cook can be arranged on availability. Only vegetarian food can be cooked on site.

B. Safety Guidelines:-
i. Swim as per your skill and at your own risk. We do not have lifeguards or other equipment.

C. Important Details:-
i. An additional refundable Security deposit of Rs.5000 needs to be paid at the time of check-in.

ii. Any damage to property, facilities etc will levy an additional fine as per the damage done.

iii. Other than the group that has originally booked, no other guests/visitors are permitted.
