House rules :

• Playing loud after 10 pm outside the Villa or making noise is not allowed, You can play at a moderate volume in the Villa.
• Balance amount to be paid fully while checking in.
• You are free to Checkin anytime after 1 pm however you have to Checkout at 11:30 am strict as that’s when we start preparing for our next booking.
• 5000 refundable Deposit to be submitted while checking in.
• Original ID proof to be submitted of any one member during check-in.
• Littering around the Villa or on the premises is strictly prohibited. We request you to use a dustbin to keep our environment clean.
• We request you to take care of your personal belongings at all times as crew or management is not responsible for any loss.
